香港Design House 的悲哀
客 戶 付 出 $3,500 ， 就 可 在 一 個 月 內 任 做 所 有 平 面 廣 告 設 計 的 工 作 ， 數 量 不 限 ； 另 一 種 則 要 付 出 $5,000 ， 除 了 「 任 做 」 所 有 平 面 廣 告 工 作 外 ， 再 包 括 任 改 任 update 的 網 頁 設 計 。
想做死D designer 咩? 佢做死晒個事, 仲要好似自己諗到條好Q咁. 平之ma, 有邊個吾識先?! HK Design 必死.

一 間 本 地 的 廣 告 製 作 公 司 ， 開 業 三 年 ， 一 直 「 賺 埋 只 夠 出 糧 」 ， 不 過 三 個 月 前 ， 老 闆 Sammel 靈 機 一 觸 ， 將 美 容 界 勁 hit 的 「 無 限 Q 」 意 念 引 入 公 司 ， 首 月 即 見 成 效 ， 三 個 月 以 來 ， 公 司 營 業 額 由 每 月 兩 千 激 增 至 七 萬 七 ！ 到 底 「 無 限 Q 」 有 乜 咁 勁 呢 ？ .... From 一本便利

令我諗起飲食業既"任叫任食"
食到飽..食到夠
想叫drink另計
香格里拉的自助餐跟neway的自助餐給我的印象都是一樣:
付出永遠多於自己所得
作為一個創意工業
在這個工作環境下
食物會有什麼水準?
平庸的設計只會造成不必要的浪費(燈油火蠟、印刷)
不如精益求精
香港缺乏的就是對設計的認知
設計不是求"抵食夾大件"...
無可否認
呢位人兄係好計...
一如其他正既idea一樣
一有好橋，就有人抄
只係希望佢地唔會頂爛事~苦了下一代
更壞的是要鬥平
內地平你兩倍

marketing strategy ma, if it is marketable, that mean there is demand, and the segement is different.
Some demanding clients won't use this kind of service. So they won't grab your job.
there are many de carol out there, would this be competitor for pokka? does pokka need to set plans to compete with de carol....

HK people' s demand also changed, or upgraded to higher standard
we can see De Coral & Fairwood, now with such newer style interior decoration, people need to have meal in place more moody, etc

yes, we do it indeed, haha~

then pokka had made a bad strategic decision la  , just like good designer down graded their skill to compete with fresh grad designers. if pokka tried to launch as much as restaurants as de carol, their profit margin for products would be reduced, they are competing with market share. they mass production for econ scale. At last, they are competing with price, not style (their original segment, most likely more profitable, and the brand makes it more profitable. ). though you never got students & housewives' attention. i think second brand strategy would fit pokka, like other branded restaurant from maxim...my dirt cheap 2 cents, i'm not the big boss of pokka...
for sure de carol/fairwood dominate their market segment. their improvement is to gain the marginal profit from other segments. not to compete with you ma...

還有一個可能性係好似美容院咁, 做一排超平優惠plan,不計成本, 搶完客,收晒錢就糧都唔出走佬.
design house 重可以更不付責任, 任改任做容乜易, 是但替你來回改一百次後, 唔掂咪又要出街, 有material deadline馬.客戶自然流失又有新的水魚到場

真係頂爛市
可惜香港有太多貪平既人同埋唔識分靚同唔靚既人..
頭先睇過下佢地個網..
已經有點想死既感覺
再睇埋佢d客既..
OMG..
佢係雜誌show果幾張已經叫見得下人我覺得..
其它真係....
佢咁樣我諗係佢度做既designer都幾辛苦下..
